These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your communications with Victory Restoration and Cleaning, Inc., a New York corporation located at 61 Glen Head Road, Glen Head, NY 11545, including its trade name PatchMaster North Shore & Eastchester (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
We provide damage restoration, remediation, and cleaning services, and — under the PatchMaster North Shore & Eastchester trade name — drywall and plaster repair. PatchMaster is a franchise brand; this location is independently owned and operated by Victory Restoration and Cleaning, Inc.
2. This website
Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. Service descriptions, availability, and coverage areas may change. Photographs may include representative work.
3. Estimates and quotes
Requesting an estimate does not create a contract. Estimates are based on the conditions visible and known at the time and may change if additional damage or conditions are discovered. Any work is governed by the separate written agreement or work authorization you sign.
4. Emergencies
This website, our text messages, and our phone assistant are not emergency services. If there is a fire, a gas leak, a medical emergency, or a risk of structural collapse, leave the property and call 911 immediately.
5. Communications with us
When you call, text, chat, or submit a form, you agree that we may respond by the same or another method you provided. Calls may be answered by an automated virtual receptionist and may be recorded or transcribed so we can serve you accurately. Text messaging terms — including opt-in, opt-out, frequency, and rates — are described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Review requests
After a completed job we may invite you to leave a review. Reviews are entirely voluntary and never a condition of service. We ask every customer the same way and never offer compensation in exchange for a review or attempt to influence what a review says.
7. Payment
Payment terms for services are set out in your signed work authorization or invoice. Amounts due are payable on the terms stated there.
8. Insurance claims
We may assist in documenting damage for an insurance claim. We do not adjust claims, and we cannot guarantee that any claim will be approved, or approved for any particular amount. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurer.
9. Intellectual property
The content, images, and design of this site are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. “PatchMaster” is a trademark of its owner and is used under a franchise license.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here alters the terms of a signed work agreement covering services performed at your property.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
